The officers shall be elected by ballot at the
August, 2012 Annual Meeting, and shall hold their respective offices for a term of 2 years. 

Nominees for an elected office must be present at the Annual Meeting to accept the nomination, or submit a written notice, stating acceptance of the nomination.

Newly elected officers shall be sworn in and installed in office no later than August 31st of that year.

The next election year is 2012.
